The Pz.IV Rocket Launcher variant is a rare modification of the vehicle that removes the turret of the Pz.IV Ausf. C tank and instead mounts a new turret and a box-like four-tube rocket launcher. The launcher can be raised and lowered as needed. The launcher is protected by armored covers and four 28cm rockets can be installed in it. Additionally, a machine gun is mounted on the front of the new turret for self-defense.
