1/10 scale EP (electric) buggies have a long history in the R/C car category. There are two types of EP buggies based on their drive system: the rear 2WD model, which is easy to assemble and maintain, and exhibits nimble driving, and the rear 2WD model, which provides driving force to all four wheels and can be used on low-grip roads where 2WD is weak. 4WD models that demonstrate high running performance are equally popular. Introducing the 4WD Laser SB "Dirt Cross 4WD", which is mainly targeted at middle-class users. The Laser SB "Dirt Cross 4WD" is based on the famous Laser ZX-5, which once competed at the world's forefront as the flagship of Kyosho's racing 4WD buggies, and has undergone design changes and thorough improvements to make it easier to handle. By reducing costs, we have achieved the optimal price setting for users who are considering a step up from the entry-level model. What's more, these design changes not only reduce costs, but also increase the appeal of this new generation model debuting in the modern era. The suspension and drive system are borrowed from the proven Laser ZX-5, while at the same time being modified to match modern power sources, and the main chassis has been updated while keeping its basic shape. The body, which can be called the face of an R/C car, has been completely redesigned. Instead of the forward cabin that is popular in race models, we have chosen a cabin closer to the rear for a retro look, and a driver figure is also included. Combined with newly manufactured spoke wheels, it has been put together in a classic buggy style. Since it is based on a race model, performance is guaranteed. As a middle-class 4WD buggy, the Dirtcross 4WD combines the most comprehensive equipment with an affordable kit price, condensing the fun of an off-road R/C model.

The driver figure, which used to be standard equipment on Kyosho R/C buggies, has been revived and greatly contributes to improving the realism of the body. This figure can also be attached to the 2WD Dirt Master.

Equipped with a polycarbonate gear cover that protects the spur and pinion gear in consideration of driving in areas with a lot of gravel and pebbles. The gear cover can be easily attached and detached with screws.

Most commercially available general-purpose R/C car batteries can be installed. The battery is secured to the chassis with a hook-and-loop fastener belt, so even batteries of different shapes, such as round or square, can be held securely.

The front and rear suspensions are equipped with resin oil dampers that absorb and dampen shocks from the road surface. The spring tension can be adjusted using a dial, making it easy to change the vehicle height.

Equipped as standard with H-pin tires front and rear that provide reliable grip on any road surface. The wheels are a newly designed spoke type, with a retro look that fits well with the body.

Equipped with a slipper clutch that relieves excessive load on the drive system and prevents gear damage. Driving characteristics can also be changed by adjusting the tightening of this slipper clutch.

Turnbuckle types are used for the front and rear suspension upper arms and steering rod. The length can be changed simply by turning the rod, and the camber angle and toe angle can be changed quickly and precisely.
